Downtown Gatlinburg

I was a little worried about what the weather would be like for us to walk around and be outside in Gatlinburg, but the Lord was good! I had prayed before we left that God would give us unseasonably warm temperatures for at least one day so I didn't have to worry about Payton primarily. And...would you believe that is what happened?!?! That is even what the meteorologists were saying on the news..."unseasonably warm temperatures." :) The day started in the mid 50's and was in the low 60's when we were walking around...really perfect for us. We were all still very bundled, but the temperature helped a lot with all of the wind and mountains surrounding us. Payton stayed warm and toasty in her fleece outfit and multiple blankets. And she was soooo good! She is seriously the best baby. She just sits in her carseat and looks around or sleeps...really only cries if she is hungry or has a little bellyache.
Here we are all bundled and ready to go...armed with one double stroller and one single stroller...a seat for all!
As it got a little colder we had to add on the layers...
 Loaded with blanket and drink.
She was lovin the mittens!
Just sleeping away...all bundled up.
Our day in Gatlinburg consisted of walking through the shops, eating {of course}, and seeing the sights. One way we saw the sights was by this...
the sky lift!
Addison and Ashley were so excited to go on this. It gave you a great view!

 This makes me smile. :)
Eating lunch and drawing on the table....or the paper on the table. :)

good game of hangman

I love the streets and little shops...
Watching taffy being made

Hard to resist goodies!
rock candy for all!

Kaden checking out the pigeons...they were everywhere! He kept pointing to them and speaking a language only he can understand. :)
A really fun day!
